With their eyes, ears, and nostrils on the top of their head, hippos can hear, see, and breathe whilst most of their body is underwater.

More info: Hippos are the third largest land mammals, after elephants and white rhinos. Despite their size, hippos can run at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour on land and about 8 kilometers per hour in water.
